1. Who we are

JobSigned (“JobSigned”, “we”, “us”) operates jobsigned.com: a free construction change order generator today, with paid features for sending and approving change orders online arriving later. You can reach us at support@jobsigned.com.

2. The service

The generator turns the details you type into a change order PDF. It requires no account and is provided free of charge. We calculate totals from the quantities, prices, tax rate and discount you enter, and we render the document — nothing more.

The documents you create are yours. You own the content you put into them, and you are responsible for it: for its accuracy, for whether a change order is the right instrument for your situation, and for anything you or your counterparty sign.

3. Not legal advice

JobSigned is a document tool, not a law firm. The generator, the templates and any content on this site are not legal advice, and using them does not create any professional relationship. Construction contract requirements vary by state and by contract — when the stakes warrant it, have a professional review your paperwork.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to create fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful documents;
• probe, overload or disrupt the service (rate limits exist and are enforced);
• resell or repackage the service as your own without our written permission.

5. Paid features

Online sending, client approvals and paid plans are rolling out. When they launch, they will come with their own terms — including billing terms — presented before you pay for anything. These terms cover the free generator.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobSigned will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free service will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date above changes when we do, and material changes will be visible on this page before they take effect. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
